Same Day Appointment

If you need a same day appointment please call early in the morning so that we can try to schedule you in. We cannot guarantee that there will be openings for same day appointments. After hours appointments may be available depending upon the doctor's schedule and the patient's need.

Follow Up Appointments

Payment is expected at the time of service.

Follow up appointments are normally less than 30 minutes in length. Depending on the condition being treated we normally recommend a follow up every 4 weeks until treatment is either no longer needed or not needed as often.

Patients who have not been seen in over two years will require taking the case afresh and will be charged as a new patient.

Weekends or Holidays when the office is closed, are considered after hours

• Calls made after office hours or on weekends will be returned the next business day.
• We cannot guarantee that after hour emergency calls will be returned the same day.
• After hours treatment charge is the regular charge plus $25 for acute conditions or the regular charge plus $75 for chronic conditions.

Please do not wait for a return call when you need immediate medical attention, but contact another physician or go to the nearest Emergency Room right away.

• All telephone calls which result in a treatment are medical consultations and will be charged at the regular office fee.
• Any email conversations that result in a homeopathic treatment will be charged the regular office fee.
• Any lengthy (more than five minutes) telephone calls or email conversations will be billed starting at $35.00.
